This privacy policy is applicable to the KOSHINA APPS apps and games (hereinafter referred to as "Apps and Games") for mobile devices, which was developed by KOSHINA APPS (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider") as an Ad Supported service and published on App Store, Google Play and Amazon Store. This service is provided "AS IS".
When you download, access and/or play our Apps and Games, or interact with our website, you acknowledge the collection and use of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy, including KOSHINA APPS’s and our advertising partners use of your data for targeted advertising purposes as described in this Privacy Policy.

• Google Mobile Ads SDK
In our Apps and Games installed from Google Play and Amazon Store - Google Mobile Ads SDK collects and shares the following data types automatically for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention purposes:
* IP address
Collects device's IP address, which may be used to estimate the general location of a device.
* User product interactions
Collects user product interactions and interaction information, including app launch, taps, and video views.
* Diagnostic information
Collects information related to the performance of your app and the SDK, including crash logs, app launch time, hang rate, and energy usage.
* Device and Account identifiers
Collects Android advertising (ad) ID, app set ID, and, if applicable, other identifiers related to signed-in accounts on the device.
All of the user data collected by Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using the Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocol.
Android ad ID collection is optional. The ad ID can be reset or deleted by users using ad ID controls in the Android settings menu.
In our Apps and Games installed from App Store - to improve the performance of AdMob, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect certain information from apps, including:
* IP address, which may be used to estimate the general location of a device.
* Non-user related crash logs, which may be used to diagnose problems and improve the SDK. Diagnostic information may also be used for advertising and analytics purposes.
* User-associated performance data such as app launch time, hang rate, or energy usage, which may be used to evaluate user behavior, understand the effectiveness of existing product features, and plan new features. Performance data may also be used for displaying ads, including sharing with other entities that display ads.
* A Device ID, such as the device's advertising identifier or other app- or developer-bounded device identifiers, which may be used for the purpose of third-party advertising and analytics.
* Advertising data, such as advertisements the user has seen, may be used to power analytics and advertising features.
* Other user product interactions like app launch taps, and interaction information, like video views, may be used to improve advertising performance.

• Google Play Core libraries:
Google Play Core libraries are implemented only in our Apps and Games distributed at Google Play.
- In-app updates (Google Play Core libraries feature that prompts active users to update our Apps and Games).
The Play Core libraries are our Apps and Games runtime interface with the Google Play Store. As such, when we use Play Core in our Apps and Games, the Play Store runs its own processes, which include handling data as governed by the Google Play Terms of Service. The following information describes how the Play Core libraries handle data to process specific requests from your app:
Data collected on usage - Device metadata, Application version, List of modules and asset packs installed.
Purpose of data collection - The data collected is used to determine if an update is available and what the size of the update is expected to be.

Data sharing - Data is not transferred to any third parties.
Data deletion - Data is deleted following a fixed retention period.
- In-App Review (Google Play Core libraries feature that lets us prompt users to submit Play Store ratings and reviews without the inconvenience of leaving our Apps and Games).
Data collected on usage - User-entered data (rating and free-text review).
Purpose of data collection - The data collected is used to leave a review on the Play Store.
Data encryption - Data is encrypted.
Data sharing - The data collected is used in a public review on the Play Store or, if the app is in a closed test track, the data collected is shared privately with the app developer.
Data deletion - Users can delete their reviews in their Google Play Store account or Google account.

Our Apps and Games is not intended for or directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from or direct or target interest-based or location-based advertising to anyone under the age of 13, or knowingly allow anyone under the age of 13 to use our Apps and Games. If you are under 13, do not: (i) Use or provide any information in our Apps and Games or through any of its features, or (ii) provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number or email address. Age limitation for EEA, UK and Switzerland individuals. You must be at least 16 years old in order to use our Apps and Games. We do not allow use our Apps and Games by EEA, UK and Switzerland individuals younger than 16 years old. Specific age limitation. We do not allow to use our Apps and Games by individuals considered as under age of consent (under minimum age from which an individual is able to provide his consent for processing his personal data) according their data protection regulation of their country of residence. Opt-out rights
You can halt all collection of information by the Applications easily by uninstalling the Applications. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile applications marketplace or network.
Security practices
Data is encrypted in transit. Your data is transferred over a secure connection.
Data can’t be deleted. We don`t provide a way to request that your data be deleted.
We are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting your Personal Information. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and I cannot guarantee its absolute security.
